Listed a great home on 80th Pl  (acre lot very clean 4 bedroom home) for only $540,000. Met with an appraiser wlith regards to another home. He shared that they must take into consideration all the homes that have been forclosed when coming up with a value. It doesn’t seem fair that so many have to suffer because of the greed of a few.
