Perhaps we are seeing a slight pick up in the real estate market. These last few weeks we have seen more showing on our properties. Contracts have not followed the showings, but a lot of people are looking. If we can the message to the buyhers that some part of the Metro Phoenix area may have bottom out, them our slow growth will start again.

Even with 116 degrees today, I had 6 people stop by my open house…
