Week 15 Day 5

It’s amazing how people think when it comes to the valuae of their home. Received a contract on a home and three counters later the sale fell through. Buyer and seller were $10,000 apart on a half million dollar home. My seller feels that his home is worth more than any comp. For those of you selling in today’s market, usually your first offer is the best. On the positive side, got two new listing;  I think that both these sellers will be more realistic.

I will be spending my weekend working on book sales, online sales and marketing and trying to get a handle on social networking.
