Back to the real world.

71 Days since my last blog! My surgery was a success and there was no cancer which was a blessing. Recovery was good and I was out of commission for about a month. I had a hard time getting back in the grove with both my business and my staying in contact.

Today is the day that I felt I had to start.

Thank you all for your prayers, cards and overall support. I am fully recovered and ready to get caught up in my real estate business. Referrals will be greatly appreciated.

My forecast for 2010 is still cloudy. I don’t see a much better year than we had in 2009. There are still a lot of issue that have not been resolved both at the national and local level. The health care issue can have some severe consequences on our economy over the next 5 years, if it passes. No one know what the bill contains, yet they will vote on it without understanding the consequences.

In Arizona, our elected leadership does not understand the need for a good education system, keeping our parks open and providing the best services possible. In my opinion, a sales tax hike is the best solution. Let’s raise it enough to provide excellent education and services and then growth will resume with population growth and new businesses coming to Arizona.

Love, inspiration and a zest for the challenges of life are not the kind of gifts that can be wrapped in sparking paper and set beneath a tree. But.,if one receives these gifts, one can pass them on.
