Building the base for increased profits

No marketing campaign can start without a solid foundation. During the term of this process, we will continuously shore up our foundation to make sure it is stable and able to sustain the march to increased profits.

Each day that you are asked to answer questions, please do so in our spiral notebook ( or in a file on your computer) . You will find that when you are finished you have developed a resource that will help you continue your business growth, you will have written a unique marketing handbook.

HOMEWORK

Please answer the following questions. I ask that you take time to think our your answers as they will be your base as we continue the process.

  1. Why are you in business?
  2. What do you do?
  3. Who is your target market? ( remember, you can’t be everything to everyone). Be specific
  4. What makes you different? ( no mother-hood and apple pie comments are allowed) By this I mean phrases such as I am honest, I have been in business a long time, etc, do not count.

This is the first assignment I am going to check. When you have answered these four questions please e-mail me your answers.
