My brother is an insurance agent and he is always looking for ways to provide additional. value to his clients. Last month he approached a local car wash chain and by providing the number of clients he had, was able to obtain a 30% discount for all his clients. He was assigned a code for his company. He then contacted his clients and they had to log into the car wash company site and fill out a registration form, including the car license number and they were automatically placed into the system.

What a great  opportunity to contact  clients, and to remind them that you are thinking of them and going “over and above ” in providing services.
