If you are a small business owner or have to earn your living as a commission salesperson, it’s decision time.
By now you should have completed a marketing plan for 2013 or have a meeting scheduled with your coach to complete one by the middle of January.
If your answer is “no” to both of these “must do” items, then I highly recommend the following:

I wrote this business and marketing plan in 2011. It features a “what to do” page for every day of the week for a seven week period.
It may not be the same as having a personal coach, but it is the next best thing. The hardest part of this seven week challenge is your ability to stick to the curriculum as presented. Work is a prerequisite to success, and this will challenge you to manage your time and to prioritize your activities.
