I need your help!
Several weeks ago I wrote about Pains and Gains in the small business arena. The definitions I shared were as follows:
Gains: Gains describe the outcomes and benefits that small business owners want. Examples may include marketing and planning support; budgeting support, etc.
Pains: Pains describe anything that annoys a small business owner before, during and after trying to get a job done.
As a business owner, I want to hear about your gains and pains. Please answer these two questions and send your answers to email@example.com
Please share what your biggest obstacles are in running your business.
I include independent contractors (commission sales people) as business owners. Please ask them to also participate.
The next request I have is for you to forward this to your data base and ask them to also answer these two questions and send them to me.
If you all do this, I may get several hundred answers which will help me to determine the direction the Arizona Small Business Association should take to best serve its members in 2016.
As Chair of the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) in 2016 I want to make sure we are truly representing the small business community and are offering the support that is needed for our members to achieve profitability and sustainability.
ASBA is a 40 year old organization dedicated to providing small business owners access to people and resources to develop and grow both personally and professionally. 2016 is the year that ASBA will make the biggest impact ever on small businesses in Arizona. Please support my cause and participate in my questionnaire.
If you limit your choices to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise. Robert Fritz
It may take a few minutes of your time, but helping me with my request has the chance of benefiting thousands of small businesses.
Thank you for your help!
